About HTA NJTL

The Houston Tennis Association NJTL free youth tennis program offers youth development opportunities at nine locations this summer with plans to expand to more neighborhood park sites and schools in the greater Houston area.

 

As a chapter of National Junior Tennis and Learning, the program strives to achieve the goals established by co-founder Arthur Ashe by:

​

• Reaching out to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to learn and play tennis.

• Instilling the values of leadership and academic excellence.

• Giving young people the opportunity to fully develop their tennis skills so they can derive a lifetime of enjoyment from the sport.
