Participating schools will arrive at Memorial Park Tennis Center located at

1500 Memorial Loop Dr, Houston , 77007 at 8:30 a.m. Buses will drop students off at this address. Parking space for buses is available within the park. Students will participate in a tennis workshop that will give them the opportunity to interact and have fun with students who have participated in the tennis program at other schools.

10:15 a.m. CASE will provide students and teachers/chaperones with a breakfast taco. At 10:45 a.m. the buses will begin to transport students and teachers to the River Oaks Country Club, 1600 River Oaks Blvd, Houston , 77019 for the US Men’s Clay Court Championship. After students are seated in the stands, Wayne Bryan, nationally recognized coach and father of number one ranked world doubles team, Mike and Bob Bryan, will address the group.

Following his presentation, students will get a chance to see a professional match for approximately one hour. Our visit to the match as special guests of River Oaks Country Club is a special treat that will allow students to see the game at its best. After the match ends at

1:00 p.m. , the students will board the bus in the parking lot and return to the school campus in time for dismissal. A box lunch for each student and chaperone will be provided for the ride back to school. The lead chaperone will receive certificates of participation for every student that can be distributed back at school.
